Apprenticeships in United Kingdom for graduates of Hong Kong University.

The Colonial Office explained that for various reagons the commencement of this scheme had been delayed and it was desired to extend the period of the interim grant to 31st July, 1949; a further scheme with detailed estimates would be submitted before that date when all the students had been placed. The Treasury agreed to this proposal.
